Letter from McCahon revealed on the back of "Nelson Landscape from Queen's Drive" during conservation of the work.

During restoration of Colin McCahon's 1947 painting Nelson Landscape from Queen's Drive, currently held in the BNZ art collection, Wellington paper conservator Louise Newdick spotted a note scrawled on its back while carefully removing the cardboard backing.
